  CORRIANDER LEAVES

To preserve the corriander leaves :
Chop off the roots.clean the plant. wash them well in ionised water. or mineral water.
 CHOP THEM INTO 1-1 1/2 INCHES.
Heat 1 teaspoon oil. keep the flame low. Stir in the chopped leaves.
Make sure to retain the the fresh green colour.
Mix for five seconds. Switch off  the flame.
When cool pack them in plastic cover and freeze

Celery

Clean them and wash in ionised water or mineral water.
Chop into desired length.
Heat  1 table spoon oil. keep the flame low.
Add the chopped celery and stir well till it is well coated with oil, retaining the fresh green colour. Switch off the flame.
When cool, pack ion plastic bags and freeze.

GINGER

Clean the ginger. mince coarse in the food processor.
Fry them in oil. store in freezer and can be used easily for vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes.

Garlic.

Clean and  grind ion blender.
Saute in little oil and store in the freezer.

Onion

Clean and wash.
Cut into rings and fry in oil.
It can be readily used for vegetarian and non -vegetarian dishes.
